Sometimes people need a private and confidential space to share what they are going through. Individual counselling can support you to increase self-understanding, explore different ways of seeing yourself and the world, and work through the emotions, thoughts and issues that come up in daily life.
As Irvin D. Yalom suggested, "we humans appear to be meaning making creatures who have had the misfortune of being thrown into a world devoid oof intrinsic meaning", Tingting hopes to support you in understanding and exploring your emotional experiences, making sense of how the past may still be impacting you, how certain patterns may have developed, what you may want to understand or change in the present, and how to move towards a future that feels more aligned with the direction you want to take.
Tingting can support clients with concerns related to
* Attachment and relational trauma
* Cultural and intergenerational relational trauma
* Trauma associated with domestic and family violence
* Substance use concerns
* Anxiety, depression, and emotional wellbeing
* Relationship, family, and interpersonal difficulties
* Stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm
* Life transitions and identity-related concerns
* Self-esteem, self-worth, and emotional regulation
* Cross-cultural experiences and migration-related adjustment
* Life transitions
* Young people experiencing school, family, or emotional difficulties

The full session fee of $120 is payable at the time of your appointment. You can then submit your receipt to your private health insurer to claim any applicable rebate.

If you have a WorkCover claim and would like to access counselling, please check with your case manager before booking to confirm that counselling sessions with our service are covered by your claim.
Before your first appointment, please provide:

An invoice will be sent to you for each session. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice. Payment is due at the end of each session unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Thank you for your understanding.
Attending counselling and sharing vulnerability can feel risky, uncomfortable and confronting, but I often see it as a risk worth taking. In vulnerable moments, people often begin to discover strengths, courage, values and parts of themselves that may have been hidden in plain sight. In those moments, something meaningful that has already been growing within you starts to emerge.
I am here to walk alongside you through that process, making space for grief, growth, vulnerability, tears, laughter, compassion and all meaningful moments along the way.
Sincerely,
Ting
